By action of the UCC committee the following were approved/received and recorded unanimously:
 

The February 4, 2005  agenda was approved.

The January 21, 2005minutes were approved.

The following curriculum proposals were received and recorded:

From the History Department there were three title changes - from: HISTRY 124  American History  to:  HISTRY 124  American History to 1877;   from:HISTRY 125  History of Modern America  to: HISTRY 125 American History since 1877; from: HISTRY 355 The Renaissance and the Reformation to: HISTRY 355  Early Modern Europe, 1300-1600.  There were two title and number changes - from:  HISTRY 451/651  Ancient Civilization  to:  HISTRY 353/553 Ancient History and from:  HISTRY 452/652  Medieval Civilization  to:  HISTRY 354/554  Medieval Europe.

From the Sociology Department there was a title change - from:SOCIOLGY 391  Processes and Patterns of Racial/Ethnic Inequalityto: SOCIOLGY 391  Race and Ethnicity in Comparative Perspective.
