Dr. Monfils mentioned that there are two sections of GenEd 130 (sections 16 and 20) that were approved for diversity credit.Jolly Emrey will be the UCC representative to the Diversity committee.Dr. Monfils introduced the new travel study form - #7-Travel. Since these proposals have different deadlines from those of special studies courses, they will have their own form and set of procedures.

Questions were raised about policies that will be affected by the change in the undergraduate grading scale, which will begin in Fall 2007. Dan Edlebeck said that the Registrar-s Office would interpret policies conservatively. Updates will be given to UCC members after policy decisions have been made. The meeting was adjourned at 2:45 p.m. on a George Ferencz/Tom Colwin motion.

Respectfully submitted,

Leslie Meyer
