About the Programs
Award-winning faculty members and the Student Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) are the driving forces behind the Human Resource Management undergraduate program.
The mission of the Human Resource Management program is to prepare students for careers in Human Resource Management. This would include areas such as compensation and benefits, staffing, training and development, labor relations and HR Generalist positions.
Faculty members are approachable and up-to-date in the field of Human Resources. In addition students will graduate prepared for the future, thanks to leadership opportunities in the student chapter of SHRM and a strong internship program. Interaction with HR professionals is available to students both on-campus and at professional meetings and interactions off-campus.
