Richard Pierson received his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his M.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University.  He has taught high school mathematics as well as college mathematics.  One of Pierson’s most notable achievements has been receiving a General Electric mathematics fellowship for his graduate mathematics degree. Currently he teaches Developmental Mathematics, Monday-Thursday, 7:45 am – 11:50 am, at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
