ETF EXTENDS ITS CALL CENTER HOURS- On a temporary basis, the Call Center at Employee Trust Funds is extending the hours of operation. During this time, benefit specialists will be available to take members' calls until 7:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Expanded hours will be available from mid-April through June 26, which coincides with one of ETF's peak call volume periods. Each spring, members contact ETF about Wisconsin Retirement System effective interest rates, monthly annuity adjustments and questions related to their annual Statements of Benefits. Their number is 1-877-533-5020.
New call center hours (through June 26, 2008): 7:45 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday; 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday.
Reminders
The Office of Human Resources
and Diversity must be notified within 30 days of changes in
family status to be eligible for benefits. This includes marriage, divorce,
birth, adoption, and death of any insured members.
