The iCIT Network Operations Center is responsible for the maintenance of the on-campus phone system, including voice mail, various key systems, and access to the STS (State Telephone Service) long distance phone service. Pages 2 and 3 of the Campus Directory contain instructions for the use of the various Centrex features and options. Additionally, the campus is engaged in a State of Wisconsin enterprise pilot with the Department of Administration for the use of Voice Over IP (VoIP). For assistance with repairs, changes to existing lines, the addition of new lines, or Voice Mail requests, please complete the Telecommunications Service Request Form (located on the WEB at: http://www.uww.edu/Adminaff/forms.htm) and either FAX it to x5556 or send it in campus mail to Telcom Services in GS 202. All orders for cellular service must be ordered through Telcom Services. This includes all phones, accessories, and service plans. These orders will be processed in accordance with our contract with US Cellular, and payment for these services will be handled by the Procurement Card system. Prior to placing an order, please click on the link below to review the Enterprise Cell Phone Policy issued by the State Department of Administration in January 2005.
