Winterim 2025 Billing and Due Dates
UW-Whitewater utilizes electronic billing. Monthly billing notifications are sent to students' UWW email account when there is activity on the account. Monitor your email regularly to avoid missing important billing and University information. UW-Whitewater does not mail paper bills.
Each month, a 1.25% finance charge will be assessed per billing cycle to principal charges past due. This finance charge is applied during each month's billing process. Billing occurs on the first business day after the due date, which the 12th of each month.

Spring Billing and Due Dates
