Administrative charges are assessed on balances that are not received in UW-Whitewater Cashier’s Office by the date that they are due. In addition, your classes may be at risk for cancellation.

It is possible to receive administrative charges along with interest, if charges that are not eligible for the University Installment Credit Agreement are not paid by the date they are due, or if an installment is not paid by the due date.
