Who your advisor is depends on many factors including the number of units you've earned and if you've chosen a degree program. The information library available through the WINS System gives students access to their records at UW - Whitewater. If you click on the following link, it will take you directly to the WINS login page. Select the link for your Student Center. Look to the right column for a box labeled "Program Advisor" and click on the "Details" link.

Students with fewer than 24 units and all undeclared students will be assigned an advisor in the Academic Advising & Exploration Center. Note: First-year Art, Multimedia, Music, Theatre BA, BM, BSE, and BFA students will be advised by a faculty advisor in their department.

Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education (Pre-K - 6th grade) students are advised in the AAEC until they are admitted to the College of Education.

If you are still exploring your options and are undeclared, you will be advised through the AAEC. Once you complete 24 units and have selected a degree program, you will be assigned to an advisor in your major department.

To make an appointment with your assigned advisor in the AAEC, please see or call the AAEC, Roseman 2054, (262) 472-4646.
