In August of 2002, I was appointed the Director of the Academic Advising & Exploration Center at the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater. I started my career at UWW in 1986 as an Academic Staff member in the Department of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Coaching. My other duties at that time included the Defensive Coordinator for football and Assistant Track and Field coach in the Intercollegiate Athletics program.

I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at UW-La Crosse and received my PhD in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1994. I am originally from Schofield, Wisconsin. My wife Stephani teaches 2nd grade in Whitewater and we have 3 children Blake, Bryce, and Hannah. Welcome to Whitewater!
