When considering the top college basketball programs in the nation, one thinks of schools such as Connecticut, North Carolina, Tennessee, Duke, etc. But, should Division III UW-Whitewater be thrown in the mix?
UW-Whitewater hosts Wartburg College in an NCAA Division III football game on Saturday, December 6 at noon at Perkins Stadium. Warhawk fans are encouraged to attend. Free tickets are available for students only, all Warhawk fans are welcome to join us for the free tailgate food.

That's the only way to describe the display put on by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and Willamette University Saturday in Whitewater's 30-27 win over Willamette in a National Collegiate Athletic Association Division III second round playoff game in Salem, Oregon. UW-W, 11-1, will host Wartburg College, 10-2, Saturday, December 6 at noon in in a championship tournament quarterfinal game at Perkins Stadium.
