The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater has a vision to excel as a premier regional university. Endowed funds in the following areas will partner in that vision and have a significant impact on students and faculty as they influence their world and our shared future.
Endowed Professorships and Chairs
Endowed positions supplement or entirely support salaries of outstanding faculty, enabling the College to recruit and retain them.
Visiting Artist Funds
Visiting guest artists and scholars who visit the campus enrich our student’s experiences, and broaden their perspectives on their prospects in their field of study. Funds support master classes, residencies, lecture demonstration and guest speakers in all areas of the College.
Scholarships
Talented students, those that will impact our world, should be allowed the opportunity to develop and grow. Financial need should not be a hindrance in pursuing this opportunity. A scholarship is the answer for those with merit, but without the financial resources necessary to pursue their training and general education.
College Priority Fund
Support College priority projects that include student and faculty research, technology updates, study abroad for students and student and faculty professional development opportunities. The flexibility that this sort of endowment provides allows the College to encourage creativity, innovation and achievement.
