Greenhill Center of the Arts

Center of the ArtsThe Greenhill Center of the Arts is the home of the Department of Music as well as the departments of Theater/Dance and Art and Design. It is the largest academic bulding on campus and contains specially designed facilities to enable our students the best environment to pursue their studies.

The Greenhill Center of the Arts or "CA," as it is affectionately known, contains dedicated spaces for all of the music department's academic and rehearsal activities. The lower level houses ample practice rooms and a number of state of the art classrooms equipped for full multimedia capability. The attractive 300 seat Raymond Light Recital Hall in the Center of the Arts provides a primary performance space for student and faculty recitals, chamber music, and visiting artists and speakers. The College's Arts Media Center houses an impressive library of recordings and musical scores, audio listening equipment, and Macintosh/MIDI computer stations. The main floor includes separate rehearsal spaces for choral, instrumental and percussion groups. In addition, the Center of the Arts also includes performance spaces for the UWW Department of Theater/Dance, the Crossman Art Gallery, an attractive Atrium common area, and the convenient CAfe atrium restaurant. You will find that this facility is home to a vibrant community of art professionals and students working together to develop their talents.
