All registrations received before March 29, 2018 will be confirmed by return mail. The confirmation letter will include a receipt, name badge, session tickets, a map, lunch ticket, flash drive ticket, parking pass, t-shirt ticket and bag tickets, if selected. Folders with general information and schedules for the day may be picked up at the Conference Headquarters in the University Center on Friday, April 6, from 7:30a.m.-6:00p.m. and on Saturday, April 7, beginning at 7:30a.m. You will need to show your receipt to pick up your packet of conference information.
During the conference if you have a problem or need additional information, you may go to the Conference Headquarters in the Atrium of Hyland Hall. Headquarters will be open from 7:30a.m-6:00p.m. on Friday and from 7:30a.m.-5:00p.m. on Saturday. You may also call 262-472-3165.
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater reserves the right to make changes in workshops and speakers, or to cancel workshops if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond our control prevail.
We strongly encourage participants to purchase a box lunch. Although there are restaurants in the University Center, there is limited space and lines could be long. The box lunches will be served in Hyland Hall from 11:45-1:00p.m. Participants may stay and eat the lunch in Hyland Hall or take it elsewhere to enjoy.
