UW - Whitewater Gymhawks Birthday Party

The GymHawk Gymnastics program is a developmental gymnastics program run by the UW-Whitewater Gymnastics Team! With state of the art facilities and a fully qualified staff, your child will be able to learn and develop his or her skills in a safe environment with excellent coaches.

GymHawk Birthday Parties are a great way to celebrate your child’s birthday! Bring all of your friends and have a great time on our obstacle course, trampolines and foam pit!

If there is need for a cancellation, please contact GymHawks office (262) 472-1454, 48 hours in advance, in order for the birthday parties to be rescheduled.

Fees Include

The event fee includes 1 hour of gym time, 45 minutes of party room time for pizza, cake, presents and whatever else you would like to provide (food is not provided by GymHawks) and insurance.

Parking permits are required on all vehicles parked on campus at all times, with the exception of 5 p.m. Fridays to 11:00 p.m. Sundays (unless special events are being held on campus). Vehicles arriving after Parking Services office hours may purchase a parking permit from the vending machine located behind the Visitor Center in the service drive. More information on parking is on the Visitor Center website.

Be aware that we advise you to leave all non-essential, portable electronic devices at home (iPod, Fitbit, cell phones, etc), but ultimately it is your decision. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items and we do not have open Wi-Fi for electronic devices.


Registrants are encouraged to have their own health insurance as accident insurance provided by the University is limited. Each registrant will be covered by a limited accident insurance policy. The insurance includes primary coverage up to $10,000. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries and is for accidents only. The cost of insurance is included in the registration fee.
