You are invited to the UW-Whitewater Women’s Soccer Futsal Team Tournament.   This clinic is available to U10-U12, U13-U15 and U16-U19 Teams.

Dates:

  • Women's Tournament: Saturday, December 7, 2019 
  • Men's Tournament: Sunday, December 15, 2019

Limited to 6 teams per age group:

Registrations accepted online until noon 12/6/19 for girls and 12/14/19 for boys.  We do NOT accept walk up registrations at event check-in.

Tournament Fee: $135 per team with 8 - 10 players.

Fees Include

The tournament fee includes one team with 8-10 players to play three games with the chance to play in the championship game and insurance. Meals will be on your own. 

Note:  Registration is for your entire team.  You will need to know the name of players on your team.  Account name and information should be that of the person in charge of distributing information to the rest of the team and making payment.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for this event.

We reserve the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment; in such as case, all fees paid will be refunded.

Received an Award, Sponsorship or Discount?

For those participants who will be receiving a sponsorship to attend this event: Register and use the promo code your sponsor gave you. The sponsorship will be deducted from your invoice.  Any remaining balance remains the participant's responsibility. Any cancellations will result in the sponsorship funds being returned to the supporting organization.

Any qualifying discounts given by the event will not be applied after you have paid in full. Be sure to use the promo code at check out to receive your discount. You will be charged if you do not qualify for requested discount at the start of event.

A processing fee will be assessed if a refund is issued due to overpayment on your account.

You can sponsor a registrant and cover all or partial fees. We have received requests in the past from schools, companies, organizations, friends and family members that would like to send their chosen registrant to a specific event. Check-in

Participants should plan to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the session for thier age group for check-in at Williams Center.  The tournament will take place at Kachel Fieldhouse.

Confirmation Emails

Once you register, a confirmation email will be sent to your email account. Contact cesevents@uww.edu if you do not receive this confirmation email. Historically email accounts used from centurytel.net and wi.rr.com are blocked from receiving notifications from us or may end up in your spam folder. You are able to register using these accounts; however, you will not receive emails from us. Please make sure you have a working email address on file with us to be able to receive important announcements and updates about this event.

Parking

Parking permits are required on all vehicles parked on campus at all times, with the exception of 5:00 p.m. Fridays to 11:00 p.m. Sundays. Vehicles arriving after Parking Services office hours may purchase a parking permit from the vending machine located behind the Visitor Center in the service drive. Ryan Quamme, Women's Soccer Head Coach

Ryan Quamme

Ryan Quamme enters his eighth season as the head women's soccer coach at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2019.

Quamme entered the 2018 season ranked fourth among active NCAA Division III head coaches in winning percentage. He has led UW-Whitewater to four Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships, four WIAC Tournament titles and six NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the national quarterfinals in 2015.

Quamme has been named WIAC Coach of the Year in four of his seven seasons at the helm. The Warhawks have compiled a 117-31-10 record (43-8-1 WIAC), including a 33-match WIAC regular season win streak from 2012-15, during that span.


Insurance

Registrants are encouraged to have their own health insurance as accident insurance provided by the University is limited. Each registrant will be covered by a limited accident insurance policy. The insurance includes primary coverage up to $10,000. Insurance does not cover pre-existing injuries and is for accidents only. The cost of insurance is included in the registration fee.
