Camps and Conferences PAY BALANCE DUE

Walk-up Registrations

Walkup registrations are welcome for ONLY those events that have it posted on the website.  Walkup registrations are only for when a registrant has missed the online registration deadline.   Printed and completed walkup registrations must be brought to the event check in table; they will not be accepted in advance of the check in start time.  We cannot guarantee a spot will be available to you, but will make every effort to post closed sessions on the event's webpage.  Walkups will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis at check in for events that allow walkups, until the event is filled.

Fees will be the same as posted on the event website.

Notes:

  1. If the event promised merchandise in the fee we cannot guarantee the item will be available to you, and the fee will not be adjusted.  We have already purchased materials needed for the event with the number of registrants enrolled by the deadline.
  2. If the event has printed name badges, you will need to handwrite yours on a blank badge.
  3. We will not be able to guarentee your roommate request, if the event has an overnight option.  You will be housed in an available room by gender and age.
