Updates and Schedule (8:00-8:15)

  • Overview of hotel information
    • We will be staying at the Wyndham Hotel near the Milwaukee airport.
    • Finalized meal choices. If you have not already done so, please contact Liz if you have any special food requests (e.g., vegetarian, allergies)
    • Directions to the hotel and more details will be provided via email and at the next meeting.
  • The applications are not here yet. You will receive an email when they are available for review.
  • The room for reviewing hard copies of applications is Roseman 2010A. The room will be kept locked, and the key can be picked up from the office for the School of Graduate Studies in Roseman 2015. There should always be someone in this office, but if you would like to call ahead to make sure, the number is 472-1006.
  • The next committee meeting:
    • Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 5:00 pm in Carlson 4041
    • Please get the list of your choices for interview candidates to Jimmy no later than the morning of Tuesday, April 1
    • Also, bring your rating sheets and other notes to the meeting so the committee can discuss the possible choices.
