Services Provided: Screening, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV antibody testing. All services are by appointment only; appointments are available weekday mornings and afternoons. A flat fee is charged for STD services and must be paid for at time of visit by cash, check or charge. No billing or insurance payments are accepted. HIV testing is free. UW-Madison students are seen at no charge.
