Services Provided: 24-hour supervised community based residential facility and adult family homes (licensed CBRF-HFS-83) provides structure, teaching of daily living skills, nursing services, psychiatric coverage, assessment, and program planning, day programming.

People Served (who is eligible): Adults who are developmentally disabled, mentally ill, traumatic brain injury. As of 2004, we have an eating disorders program as well.
