Services Provided: Class B Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) with maximum capacity of twelve developmentally disabled adults with mild to moderate impairment who can benefit from a supervised home-oriented living arrangement. Two full-time Daily Living Coordinators rotate shifts; residing on the premises with the residents. a relief-aide is on duty in the late afternoons and weekends also. Emphasis is on daily living skills, cooperative living, community outings, Special Olympics, recreational activities. Residents are employed in the community from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at sheltered workshops or monitored in local businesses.

People Served (who is eligible): Developmentally disabled adults with mild to moderate impairment age 18 or older. Must be able to attend to personal needs: bathing, dressing, feeling; must be able to understand simple directions; ambulatory.

Accessibility to persons with a disability: Ranch-style home with sloping front walk--no stairs; wide walkways; main living area on first floor.

Area Served: Priority given to Rock County residents of one year duration or longer.
