Services Provided: Provide 24-hour crisis phone service plus face-to-face family crisis counseling with teens and families, both on premises and in the field. Also have many support groups for teens and parents (peer education, choices program, and Teens Like Us). We also offer many volunteer opportunities for teens and adults.

Summary of Expected Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes of Student Interns: A 60-hour training is provided while students are answering the crisis line and seeing clients and families. Other expectations: acquainting themselves with community resources, and attending staff meetings and weekly group supervision.
