Services Provided: Skilled nursing home providing service to 120 residents all needing nursing home care. Social work staff manage admissions and discharges. They also arrange to meet the daily psycho-social needs of residents.

Summary of Expected Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes of Student Interns: After orientation, the student will assume a caseload of residents and will provide social work services to that resident and their families. The social work student will also become familiar with the admission/discharge process and all related regulations and rules.
