Services Provided:

  • Temporary shelter--Pathfinders is a licensed group home providing shelter, counseling and supportive services for up to two weeks for youth 11-17 years of age. Shelter services are available for minor parents and their children.
  • 24-hour hotline--telephone crisis counseling, as well as information and referral assistance is provided to youth, parents, and youth-serving professionals from the community.
  • Group services--aftercare groups provided to youth.
  • Non-residential counseling--individual and/or family counseling available by appointment or emergency walk-in basis.
  • Street outreach--outreach program that provides survival and resources and prevention services.
