The Hamilton House Bed and Breakfast - this historical inn has reserved rooms at their lowest rates for the conference. Built in 1861, its rich history includes being a stop along the underground railroad.

Directions, Maps and Parking
Parking at UW-Whitewater is unrestricted from Noon on Friday through midnight Sundays. On Friday morning, cars with no UW-W parking permit may be parked in Lot 7 free of charge (look for the Visitor's Center). Directions and campus maps may be found at http://www.uww.edu/info/directions/index.php. The majority of the convention will be held in the University Center (indicated as UC on the campus map).
Exhibit Space
Bookstalls, exhibits, and other information of interest to conference participants will be on display throughout the conference. If you would like to book exhibit space or arrange a book signing in conjuction with this conference, download the request form here or request an exhibitor’s registration form from Kathy Fellows at fellowsk@uww.edu or (262) 472-1042.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please do so at least three working days prior to the date of the program. You will be charged an administrative fee of $20. If you are a confirmed registrant and cancel less than three working days prior to the date of the program, you are responsible for the entire fee.

Wireless Internet Setup
Wireless users must use a guest log-in for internet access, which will be provided at the registration table in the conference packet with instructions for setting up your laptop. This does not pertain to presenters, who will have internet access in the conference rooms.
