The main goal of my research program is to understand the effects of past, current and potential future climate fluctuations on glacial dynamics, especially those related to glacial terminus position and glacier mass balance, and on sediment transfer occurring on hillslopes and in fluvial systems. Tree-ring analysis is used to both develop high-resolution archives of past climate fluctuations and date accretionary and erosional surfaces.
