Leda Nath holds a Ph.D. (2002) from the University of Iowa in Sociology, emphasis in Complex Organizations. She arrived at UW-Whitewater in Fall 2002. Her research interests span across various areas: social psychology; unpaid work, paid work, and leisure; gender; decision-making; and teaching & learning. She teaches face-to-face and online social research methods, social psychology, sociology of family & work, organizations & society, plus general education courses. She enjoys mentoring undergraduates on research and serves as the department Master Advisor, Interim Director of the Family, Health & Disabilities Minor, and Chair. She also holds the President role for the Wisconsin Sociological Association.
