Now that you have your paper’s main ideas listed, you can see the way each paragraph functions and better evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your overall argument.

How does your paper flow?

1. Can you move anything around to good effect?

2. Can you cut anything?

3. Should you add anything?

Take some time to think about these questions now, then revise your body paragraphs as necessary. When you’re finished revising, open your worksheet and write a short paragraph describing what you changed and how it improves the flow of your paper. When you’re finished, you can move on by clicking the link to "Step Four" in the navigation panel.
