Typical Course Sequences

Accounting Majors wishing to sit for the Uniform CPA Examination must have acquired 150-course credits. This is usually achieved by either a BBA degree with a double major, or by a BBA in Accounting followed by an MPA degree. The course planning sheets for both of these options show typical course sequences followed by students.

For students admitted in 2009 and beyond:

• Accounting BBA plus MPA
• Accounting Major
• Accounting BBA double major

For students admitted in 2008:

• Accounting BBA plus MPA
• Accounting BBA double major

For students admitted prior to Fall 2008:

• Accounting BBA plus MPA
• Accounting BBA double major
