The Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) offers opportunities for Information Technology (IT) leadership and education through partnerships with industry, government and academia.  AITP has nearly 9,000 members and provides quality IT related education and information on relevant IT issues.  It also creates forums for networking with experienced peers and other IT professionals.  The UWW student chapter meets weekly on Tuesdays at 5:00pm in McGraw Hall 101.

Delta Pi Epsilon (DPE) is a national graduate honorary society for professionals who support and promote scholarship, leadership, and cooperation toward the advancement of education for and about business.  Beta Theta Chapter is a very active chapter and nationally recognized.  We meet three times per year.  Meetings are generally scheduled on Saturdays and include: a business meeting, speaker on a current event, and lunch.  Additionally, Beta Theta is continually active in research and service projects that are submitted to the National organization for recognition.  Many of our members have presented their research and accepted awards on behalf of Beta Theta at this conference.

Information Technology Association (ITA) focuses on providing education and leadership opportunities for students interested in Information Technology.  Information Technology Infrastruction (ITI) is not a required major, anyone interested in technology is welcome to join.  As an involved organization on the UW campus, ITA socializes with other student organizations in various social events.  The ITA is affiliated with nearby KC Computers, who sponsors the organization with monetary donations and provides office supplies for the Helpdesk.  Meeting content varies from professional speakers to student presentations and other fun activities.  Meetings are held Tuesdays at 5:15pm in Carlson 3015.

Marketing Education Association (MEA)

Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is the college-level division of FBLA-PBL. UW-Whitewater is host to the Zeta Mu Chapter of PBL.  The Zeta Mu Chapter actively participates in various PBL conferences, speaker meetings, business tours, and social events.  Additionally, members are active in community service opportunities like the March of Dimes Walk America, UWW Library Book Sale, and UWW Adopt-a-Lot.  Phi Beta Lambda is open to all majors.

Pi Omega Pi (POP) is a national society for business education.  Membership is by invitation only to undergraduates majoring in business education who are in the upper one-third of their class and have completed at least 45 credits.  Graduate students majoring in business education are also eligible for membership if they are in the upper one-third of their class and have completed 15 credits.  The local Psi chapter completes local, community, and national projects that are compared to the work of other chapters around the country.  Psi chapter, which originated here at Whitewater in 1933, has placed first in national competition many times and has the distinction of having two members on national council.
