Sang Choi
Sang D. Choi, Ph.D., CSP, CPE is Professor and Graduate Program Coordinator in the Department of Occupational & Environmental Safety & Health, and Coordinator of Occupational Ergonomics Program at UW-Whitewater. Dr. Choi’s academic experience comprises teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in occupational ergonomics, construction accident prevention, analysis and design in safety, system safety analysis, and research methods. His field experience includes projects in multiple work environments including construction, healthcare, manufacturing, food process, steel production and office settings projects. Dr. Choi’s main research interests are occupational ergonomics and safety, aging workforce, fall prevention, work-related musculoskeletal disorders, human-systems integration, work analysis, prevention through design, and RtPtR. He has produced more than 130 high-quality refereed publications and has been serving as Program Committee Chair, Keynote Speaker and Session Chair at prestigious national and international conferences.
