I have consulted for numerous organizations.

Research

My research interests include retailing to low income and minority member consumers, the meaning of retail brand, how the Google Online Marketing Challenge enhances student learning, and the adequacy of small retailers’ website.  My work has appeared in a variety of journals including the Journal of Consumer Research, the International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Journal of Targeting, Measurement and Analysis for Marketing, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services
