The Online Education and Technology Support Center is dedicated to training, supporting, and developing new technology for the enhancement of teaching and learning in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater

Hours

Monday through Friday: 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Student supervised hours are Monday through Thursday 4:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

iCIT Contact Information

Some campus issues such as password resets and guest accounts can only be handled by central IT (iCIT).  You may contact iCIT at (262) 472-4357 (HELP) or iconnect.uww.edu

Password Reset Requests

UW-Whitewater passwords are required to be changed every 180 days.  Users receive system notifications when passwords are near expiration to prompt them to change passwords.

Users may change passwords or setup password challenge questions on the password management page.

Guest Account Requests

You may request a guest account for internet access through the iCIT guest access site.

Link to other services and methods of requesting support? (AV checkout, equipment loans, etc)

Faculty may reserve instructional equipment from the CoBE Tech office or campus AV checkout. 

Campus AV Checkout
Can't find your equipment in CoBE?  Campus AV Checkout provides a large variety of audio, recording and other equipment that might meet your needs.  You can contact Campus AV through their checkout website.
