State Superintendent Tony Evers  announced the names of the 2010-11 Wisconsin Teachers of the Year. Peggy Wuenstel, a prekindergarten through fifth-grade speech and language pathologist at Washington Elementary School in the Whitewater School District was selected as one of four in the State.
