Early Childhood Education Program Advisory Board
The Early Childhood Education program has an advisory board, which meets once per academic year (usually during the Early Childhood Conference in April). Currently, the advisory board is made up of people representing early childhood educators, program directors, faculty from technical colleges and UW-Whitewater teaching courses in a variety of subject areas (e.g. Special Education, Curriculum & Instruction, and Communicative Sciences and Disorders). For a list of advisory board members, please contact the program coordinator. The focus of the meetings is to seek advice from the board concerning the program as a whole, directed teaching experiences, courses, and overall preparedness of the students within the program. Meetings are held in April. Anybody interested is welcome to join the advisory board!
