NOTE: As you develop a topic or design an activity, please keep in mind that the content selected should be within children’s prior knowledge or relate to children’s background. The following lesson plan format is suggested for each individual activity, small group or large group activity. However, you may vary the format in consultation with your cooperating teacher.
