Programs

The Department of Special Education offers a variety of programs for those interested in working with children with disabilities. If you are an undergraduate student, check out our three options-

• Cross Categorical with an emphasis in Cognitive Disabilities
• Cross Categorical with an emphasis in Learning Disabilities and Behavior Disorders
• Early Childhood Education (dual licensure)

We also offer two undergraduate minors in Special Education-

• Minor for Education majors (included Adaptive License)
• Minor for non-education majors
