Student Organizations

Counseling students at UW-Whitewater can get involved in two organizations that provide opportunities to connect with faculty members, engage with professionals, and meet fellow students.  

Chi Sigma Iota (CSI)

CSI is an international honor society that values academic and professional excellence in counseling. Joining CSI is a great way to network with fellow peers and professionals in your area, learn about future career opportunities and engage in the counseling field.

Members enjoy many benefits such as free online webinars, opportunities to receive CEU's approved by the National Board of Certified Counselors, publications and current events, as well job postings and much more!

Graduate Student Counseling Association (GSCA)

GSCA is a professional student organization for UW-Whitewater Counselor Education Students. All counselor education students, regardless of credit accumulation or GPA, may become a member of GSCA, participating in GSCA events and receiving GSCA support and correspondence.
