In addition, the centrality and focus of the higher education student experience has drastically enhanced the number of positions available in this field. In turn, the higher education job market is quickly and steadily rising.   • 2010-2020 = 19% growth in need for college administrators, 27,000 positions (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2010)
