KIM MOISTNER-BARTLETT, 212 - we wanted to build connections with the students so … we thought, what could we do to get them excited about being a warhawk… to introduce them to some of our traditions…
NATS: ASSEMBLING FOR PARADE
LAURA BODENDORFER, 3939 - I think it’s awesome and I wish I could’ve done it when I was a freshman… I’m so jealous of these kids…
MALE PEER MENTOR, 512 - they are the first ones to do it…

NATS: PARADE
KIM, 627 - watching the procession come down warhawk drive and into the stadium… was something I’ll never forget…
KIM, 731- we wanted to give the freshman a glimpse as to what they’re coming into…

740 - we wanted them to run onto the field…

752 - they were coming into the visitors gate…

803 - they left through the home gate… we hope that they say hey, this is home now…
NATS: RUNNING ON FIELD
TREVOR NORTH, 4434 - when we ran out on the field right there… it was sooo cool… laughs…

4440 - you saw yourself on a jumbotron and everything… everybody was clapping their hands … it was really cool…
KELLY KACHELSKI – PEER MENTOR, 101 - I was so excited during this, I was screaming… I don’t think I stopped screaming… It has just been an awesome experience…

Gustavo, 5202 - I know I came in here like really nervous about things… and all this just kind of broke the ice and it makes me feel like this is my college…
NATS: SET UP LEAVING TO PAINT, "Get set to paint it purple.."
LAURA BODENDORFER, 3825 - we are painting warhawk drive purple so that the freshman can leave their mark on the university…

Denise, 5014 - everything was cool to the football players to the cheerleaders to the dancers and… painting the road…
