Suite-style Res Halls
Planned Construction Dates: January 2008-January 2010
Construction is planned north of Carlson Hall with the current White Hall and Sayles Hall to be razed.
Carlson Hall
Planned Construction Dates: October 2009-July 2011
The building will accommodate all of the faculty and staff of the "letters" portion of the College of Letters and Sciences. These changes will also make it possible to raze the three converted residence halls (Baker, Salisbury and McCutchan).
The razing of Baker and Salisbury will occur in summer 2007, which will temporarily displace 100 offices.
Multi-sport Athletic Complex

Construction Dates: Summer 2006-2009
During phase one, the track will be replaced. The soccer field will be temporarily relocated to the center of the track to install drainage and irrigation systems. Current bleacher capacity will be doubled and a press box will be installed to serve both track and soccer.
Private revenue and gifts will fund phase two during which time locker rooms, concession stands and press boxes will be remodeled. Bleachers used for track, soccer and softball will be expanded. Restrooms will be added and lighting will be improved for the track, soccer, softball and baseball facilities and irrigation will be completed for softball and baseball fields.
Walker D. Wyman Mall
Construction Dates: April 2007-October 2008.
Underground utilities along the entire length of the Wyman Mall between Main Street and Starin Road, excluding the area within the University Center addition and the remodeling project site, will be replaced. Construction costs will total $2,977,000.
Moraine Hall
Construction Dates: June 2007-June 2008
Abandoned plumbing and food service equipment will be removed from when Moraine Hall served as a dining facility. Construction will include a new storefront, exterior doors and windows as well as restrooms and an elevator. Construction costs will total $2,444,000.
Drumlin Hall
Construction Dates: January 2008-July 2008
Additional office and meeting room space will be constructed, as well as front entrance access with an elevator to the second floor food services area.
Winther Hall
Planned Construction Dates: 2013-2015
Space vacated by programs moving to Carlson Hall will be remodeled. Additional restrooms will be added and the current restrooms will be upgraded. A foyer will be also added to the north facing doors that open directly to the outside.
Perkins Stadium
Planned Construction Dates: 2007-2009
Windows and doors will be replaced with energy-efficient ones, handicap accessibility will be improved, concrete and expansion joints will be prepared and the roof will be recoated.
