Premier Wrestling Camp (Rookie & Elite)
July 7 - 11, 2010 • Recommended for Grades 9-12
Premier Rookie Wrestling is intended for those that are new to the sport of wrestling or are just attending a wrestling camp for the first time. This is the camp for you as you will not get lost in the numbers and will get individual attention throughout each session the entire camp. If you want to succeed in this sport you will have to STRIVE to get better. Cap of 40 participants.
Premier Elite Wrestling is going on its 10th year of helping to bring wrestlers to the “next level!” The camp will cover multiple areas that are essential to becoming a champion wrestler.
Areas covered in both of these camps include: mental preparation, strength and power development, development of new techniques, drilling techniques, situational wrestling, and hard wrestling. The camp is designed so athletes will get plenty of one-on-one instruction. The unique part to the UW-Whitewater Premier Camps is that for every four participants, there will e one counselor. Campers will be put in groups of four upon arrival and that group will have a counselor with them at all times and at all practice sessions. Due to the format of the Premier Camp we need to limit the camp members. RESERVE YOURS TODAY as spots are already filling up!!!
