Premier Wrestling Camp - July 8-12

Recommended for Grades 9-12

The premier wrestling camp is designed to bring a wrestler to the “next level!” This camp is for those individuals looking to take the next step in their high school wrestling career. The camp will cover multiple areas that are essential to becoming a champion wrestler. Some of these areas include: mental preparation, strength and power development, development of new techniques, drilling techniques, situational wrestling, and hard wrestling. The camp is designed so athletes will get a lot of one on one instruction, from a camp counselor. The unique part to the UW-Whitewater Premier Camp is that for every four participants, there will be one counselor. Campers will be put in groups of four upon arrival and that group will have a counselor with them at all times and at all practice sessions. Due to the format of the Premier Camp we are limited to 44 spots. RESERVE YOURS TODAY; as spots are already filling up!!!
