If a special registration form for your class is not available below, contact the Credit Outreach office (lenchoc@uww.edu or 800-621-5376) to request a paper admission/registration packet. 

You will receive a letter via U.S. Mail with your Net-ID and UW-Whitewater ID, which are required to set up your password and login to WINS, D2L, and UW-W email.

Registration

Currently admitted UW-Whitewater students may register on WINS for outreach classes unless otherwise indicated.

Once admitted, students completing the special online registration form or the paper packet will need to login to WINS to accept the “Terms and Conditions” for the current term, but will be registered for their class by the Credit Outreach office.  If you are unable to login to WINS, please complete the online Terms and Conditions form.

Please complete the form online, print it, and fax to 262-472-5027, or scan and email to lenchoc@uww.edu.
