Admission & Registration

Complete the Credit Outreach admission/registration form below. If a form for your class is not listed, use the standard form. Return the completed form via fax to 262-472-5027 or scan and email to lenchoc@uww.edu.

You will receive a letter of admission via US Mail with your Net-ID and UW-Whitewater ID, which are required to set up your password so you can login to WINS, D2L and UW-Whitewater email. You will also receive an email from the Credit Outreach office with instructions for accepting the Terms and Conditions prior to your registration.

Currently admitted UW-Whitewater students may register on WINS for outreach classes unless otherwise indicated.
