Wisconsin’s DVR does not have oversight related to subminimum wage jobs. DVR is responsible for providing information and services to individuals seeking employment at or currently earning less than minimum wage. Only the Department of Labor can provide a definitive answer about the responsibilities of subminimum wage employers under WIOA and interpretation of FSLA or other related wage law.
