Other Updates...Progress...Progress...Progress!

1.) We have begun using one central general email address DHH_cancellation@uww.edu for students, interpreters, and captionists to email to if last-minute emergency comes up and a student or interpreter is running late or has to cancel comming that same day. At thsi time we are using this for students attending day classes while the CSD is open - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

2.) Students have received and signed off on our updated CSD Your Academic Responsibilities: a statement of Policy for Students Using Sign Language Interpreting/Cued Speech/Speech-to-Text Services.  Those terms are in effect and have been communicated for this Spring, 2012 semester and will continue to be used into the future.

3.)  Students have received and signed off on our Service Cancellation Policy:  Students using Sign Language Interpreting and/or Speech-to-Text Captioning Services
