The Registrar’s Office will mail diplomas to the address given on the application for graduation. Diplomas are mailed to a student’s home address unless the student provides a different address on the application for graduation. Updating your mailing address does not update the address where your diploma will be mailed. Should your address change after you have applied for graduation, please notify the Registrar's Office immediately.
Diploma Mailing Schedule
December graduates – By the end of March
May graduates – By the end of August
August graduates – By the end of October
If there are any financial holds on a student’s record, the Registrar will hold the diploma until all obligations are met.
