ATTENTION:

The Finance & Business Law Department at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater anticipates two openings at the Assistant Professor level beginning Fall 2018, subject to final budgetary approval.

JOB DETAILS:

Primary duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research that results in refereed publications, and performing service as assigned by the Department, College, and University. Specialization includes, but is not limited to: corporate finance, quantitative finance, real estate, and general finance. Also includes being an active participant in following applicable safety rules and regulations including necessary training and drills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidates will have a strong background in finance with a research record or potential to conduct high quality research, experience with a variety of teaching methods and a willingness to be active in departmental, professional, university, and community service.

A Ph.D. degree in Finance or equivalent at the start of employment is required. Applicants at the ABD status and with intention to finish by the start date may be considered as well.
