Qualifications: Applicants must possess an Associate’s degree in web design or business administration/administrative support and seven years professional experience OR a bachelor’s degree and three years administrative or similar experience. Applicants lacking credentials may be considered if significant, relevant, and progressive work experience can be demonstrated.

Salary: Commensurate with knowledge/experiences within range of $31,784 to $47,676
Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the USASBE Executive Director, the Administrative Associate will:
•Provide administrative support for office operations;
•Support staff to manage office communications and technology;
•Provide administrative support for intramural grant pre-award services;
•Support staff to manage USASBE records/data;
•Complete other projects/assume other duties as assigned; and
•Engage in professional development.
