Business Incubation Associate
Office of Research and Sponsored Programs/Whitewater Incubation Program
Qualifications: Applicants must possess an Associate’s degree and seven years relevant/related work experience OR bachelor’s degree and three years administrative or similar experience is required. Applicants lacking credentials may be considered if significant and progressive work experience can be demonstrated. A business degree and/or private sector experience is preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with knowledge/experiences within range of $36,426 to $54,638
Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Director, the Incubation Services Associate will:
•Coordinate Whitewater Incubation Program programs and services;
•Coordinate Whitewater University Technology Park Board general operations;
•Coordinate web design/maintenance, graphic design, and other professional support to the Whitewater University Technology Park, the Whitewater University Innovation Center, and/or the Whitewater Incubation Program (including the Innovation Hub, the Launch Pad, and other incubation programs/services);
•Serve as lead worker;
•Engage in professional development/apply knowledge gained to the performance of key duties; and
•Complete other projects as assigned.
